Private, 1:1 live video sessions are offered in 30 or 60 minute time-frames. A 30 minute phone consultation is provided prior to the lesson. These sessions are extremely interactive, feedback is offered throughout, and a recap of the session will be sent out post session. You have the option to purchase a monthly bundle package ( four sessions for the month at a discounted rate) or purchase sessions individually.
30 minute sessions: $65.00 | Monthly Bundle, Four 30 minute sessions: $230.00
60 minute sessions: $120.00 | Monthly Bundle, Four 60 minute sessions: $425.00
Online, Private Group Sessions
Private live group video sessions are offered in 30 or 60 minute time-frames. These sessions are designed for two to four participants. Each additional participant costs $10.00 A 30 minute phone consultation is provided prior to the group session. You have the option to purchase a monthly bundle package ( four sessions for the month at a discounted rate) or purchase sessions individually. Bundle price depends on number of participants.
30 minute sessions: $65.00
60 minute sessions: $120.00
Live video sessions are lead through G-Suite. All app information and log in credentials will be provided prior to the lesson. Payment is required before the lesson begins. 48 hour cancellation notice is required. No-show, noncompliance, and last minute cancellation will still be expected to pay in full.
Live & Personalized Video Sessions
Personalized, Pre-recorded Sessions
We offer pre-recorded personalized videos that only you have access to.
Cost: $150.00
You will have access to a phone consultation up to 30 minutes prior to the session to discuss clients needs. You will get two, 15 minute personalized yoga videos specifically designed and tailored to the clients needs. In addition to the consultation and videos, you will also receive a detailed information sheet that further describes the two videos.
Payment is required prior to receiving your videos.
